ABOUT PHISH

The band from Vermont emerged in 1983 and started recording and performing music. In 1986, they released their debut EP The White Tape, in which tracks were mainly composed by guitarist Trey Anastasio with contributions from Gordon, Fishman, and McConnell in some tracks. The band released their debut album Junta in 1989, which has earned platinum in the U.S. after selling over a million copies. Phish has remained as an independent self released artist for the majority of their career, making them one of the most successful, highly influential, and in demand independent artists across North America.
